FAQ
What countries do you ship to?
We operate EU-wide and worldwide, coordinating routes across the UK, Middle East, Americas, and Asia.
Can my pet travel without me?
Yes. We arrange accompanied or unaccompanied transport, including airport handover and door-to-door on request.
What documents are required?
Typically: ISO-microchip, valid rabies vaccination, EU Pet Passport or health certificate, import permits and customs papers (requirements vary by country).
How early should I book?
Ideally 3–6 weeks in advance. Some destinations (rabies titer required) may need 3–4 months. Urgent cases — contact us.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on route, pet size/weight, crate, airline, and service level (escort, door-to-door, customs).
What crate do I need?
An IATA-compliant hard-shell crate that lets your pet stand, turn, and lie down comfortably; metal door, secure fasteners, ample ventilation. We’ll help choose the right size.
Is sedation allowed?
No. Sedatives are generally not recommended and often refused by airlines for safety. Discuss calming alternatives with your vet.
Will my pet be quarantined?
Most EU entries avoid quarantine if rules are met. Some destinations (e.g., Australia/New Zealand) may require quarantine— we confirm case-by-case.
Do you handle customs and veterinary checks?
Yes. We coordinate vet exams, health certificates, export/import paperwork, and customs clearance.
How do you keep pets safe in transit?
IATA-compliant handling, climate-controlled areas where available, species-appropriate routing, and status updates at key milestones.
